  Comments or Suggestions : ASA construction has helped us renovate our entire home, from resurfacing and repainting all of our cellings, walls, doors, frames and closets, to new window installation, stucco work, hardwood floors, ect. Simo is a very organized contractor with realistic goals and prices. He is willing to work with you, your ideas and your budget. His assistants and him showed up on time every day, worked very hard and finished the job on time. He has helped us turn our outdated house into a very contemporary and beautiful home and for that we can't thank them enough. Finally, we would not recommend anyone else but ASA CONSTRUCTION for all remodeling needs.

Simiun and his crew bring a level of skill and expertise to the jobs they do that is unparalleled.  I have yet to encounter another group of home improvement guys so thoughtful and committed to making me, the homeowner, happy with the finished product.  As all my neighbors have been telling me, my home "is now the prettiest house on the block!"  Simiun truly is the definition of a European craftsman.  A friend recommended that I hire him, and I am so glad that I did.

"Hello Simo,

It has been hectic. I kept getting home late and forgetting about
your endorsement. Here it is.

As a both the president of my Homeowners' Association and a private
homeowner, I would highly recommend ASA Construction for their
craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service.
My HOA reviewed the work of several vendors before choosing to
contract with ASA for renewing the woodwork and exterior wall paint of
our 79 unit complex. ASA Construction had the best craftsmanship of
all the vendors. The painting was clean when viewed up

ASA Construction had representatives who were very professional. They
arrived on time. They left a clean work space at the end of the day
so that the residents barely noticed the work was being done.

After doing such a great job with the HOA work, I chose to have ASA
Construction remodel my kitchen and guest bathroom as well as paint my
entire interior. Simeun and his workers exhibited excellent customer
service. They adapted to my specific requests with a mature
professionalism - even when I changed the paint color choice several
times!"

When it came time to paint the exterior of our condo building we set out to get bids. We especially wanted a bid from the contractor who did a similar building down the street since it was such a beautiful job. That contractor turned out to be ASA Construction. We met with Simeun who is knowledgeable, gracious and extremely patient. The bid he gave us was realistic and fair and the work was excellent. In addition to painting he patched cracks and replaced fascia and an external door. The work was done in a timely manner and he and his team were pleasant and very professional. I will definitely use ASA Construction again.
